Interannual variability in the hydrophysical fields of the Norwegian- Barents Seas confluence zone / Jan Piechura, Waldemar Walczowski.

Title: Interannual variability in the hydrophysical fields of the Norwegian- Barents Seas confluence zone / Jan Piechura, Waldemar Walczowski.
Author(s): Piechura, Jan.
Walczowski, Waldemar.
Date: 1996.
In: Oceanologia. (1996.), Vol. 38(1) (1996)
Abstract: Every summer since 1987 research has gone on from RV "Oceania" in area between Norway and Svalbard. Data show substantial interannual variations in physical properties and transport. Largest variations were observed in surface waters and in NE and SE parts of confluence zone. Away from Barents Sea conditions were much more stable.
