Abstract: Article describes country and month of recovery of Norway's two regular nesting terns, Sterna hirundo and (smaller sample) Sterna paradisaea, carried out in 1995. Tables give marking stations, recoveries in classes: less than one year later, more than one year later, and more than two years later, and causes of death (8 classes). Common tern goes mainly to Ghana.
