Abstract: Examines conditions leading to extreme fire outbreaks in Evenkiyskiy Avtonomnyy Okrug, also their periodicity, and frequency and spatial distribution of blazes. Focuses on methods of gathering data as basis for improving firefighting methods and optimising resources. Considers why some seasons are more hazardous than others and attempts to assess locations most likely to affected and expected frequency.
