| Abstract: | Article describes ice cover of islands, ice cliffs, outlet glaciers, terminus changes and radio-echo sounding results. Landsat MSS images allow synoptic view of snowline position in late July. Enhanced imagery was also used to identify suspended sediment off islands, suggesting basal hydrological system for ice masses. |
