Regional lineaments of eastern Finnmark, Norway, and the western Kola Peninsula, Russia / M. Ridvan Karpuz, David Roberts, Valery M. Moralev, Evgeni Terekhov.

Title: Regional lineaments of eastern Finnmark, Norway, and the western Kola Peninsula, Russia / M. Ridvan Karpuz, David Roberts, Valery M. Moralev, Evgeni Terekhov.
Author(s): Karpuz, M. Ridvan.
Roberts, David.
Moralev, Valery M.
Terekhov, Evgeni.
Date: 1995.
Publisher: Trondheim, Norway: Geological Survey of Norway
In: Geology of the Eastern Finnmark - Western Kola Peninsula Region. (1995.),
Abstract: Synergistic analysis of multiple data sets with field investigation and microtectonic studies have shown that principal lineament zones have had polyphase deformational histories ranging from ductile to brittle regimes. Fault rocks are described. Structural evidence suggests slip movements since Late Archaean. NW-SE lineaments, most significant zones, are deep-seated Caledonian structural features, but others are considered to be Proterozoic.
