| Abstract: | Interactions between atmospheric boundary layer and earth's surface were studied with special emphasis on Polar ocean surfaces: open sea, leads, polynyas and sea ice. Local exchange of momentum, heat and moisture was studied experimentally in Weddell Sea and Greenland Sea. Results are given and comments on modelling made. |
