| Abstract: | Cold Polar and Arctic water with low salinity dominated for longer than usual, so plankton biomass was low until late April east of Iceland. Comparisons are made with previous years and oscillations detected. 0-group fish distribution was investigated in August, with results summarized for cod, haddock, capelin and redfish. |
