| Abstract: | Three sets of field data were gathered to study reflectance of snow in solar spectrum and compared to results of models of bi-directional reflectance and of metamorphosis of snow. To calculate energy balance of surface one needs to parametrise albedo as function of its characteristics. Article describes data, its treatment and theoretical models used, ending with some effects that are difficult to quantify. |
