Record #130784:

Circumpolar distribution of permafrost under scenarios of anthropogenic climate change / O.A. Anisimov, P.E. Nelson, Jerry Brown.

Title: Circumpolar distribution of permafrost under scenarios of anthropogenic climate change / O.A. Anisimov, P.E. Nelson, Jerry Brown.
Author(s): Anisimov, O. A.
Nelson, P. E.
Brown, Jerry.
Date: 1994.
In: Eos : transactions, American Geophysical Union. (1994.), Vol. 75(44, supplement) (1994)
Abstract: Abstract. Contrasts Russian climate models with those used in North America. Climatic scenarios provided by three general circulation models (GFDL, GISS, UKMO) and palaeoreconstructions for two warm intervals were reinterpolated to standardized grid and used with climate-based permafrost model to map distribution of permafrost. Russian models produce greater poleward movement of boundaries and near disappearance of permafrost from continental areas.
Notes:

Eos : transactions, American Geophysical Union. Vol. 75(44, supplement) :86 (1994).
