Record #130325:

The procession [i.e. precession] constant of the Earth: variations through the ice-age / William R. Peltier, Xianhua Jiang.

Title: The procession [i.e. precession] constant of the Earth: variations through the ice-age / William R. Peltier, Xianhua Jiang.
Author(s): Peltier, William R.
Jiang, Xianhua.
Date: 1994.
In: Geophysical Research Letters. (1994.), Vol. 21(21) (1994)
Abstract: Calulates history of variations in Earth's precession constant H that are forced by variations in surface nass associated with late Pleistocene glaciation and deglaciation events. Analyses show that magnitude of ΔH/H₀ is lower than that required to cause recently hypothesized resonant reduction of precession period.
Notes:

Geophysical Research Letters. Vol. 21(21) :2299-2302 (1994).

Keywords: 551.336 -- Ice ages.
551.337 -- Chronology of the Pleistocene and recent periods.
E7 -- Glaciology: glacial geology and ice ages.
