Record #130050:

A SAR instrument for global monitoring of land surfaces and polar ice / C.C. Lin, P.L. Mancini.

Title: A SAR instrument for global monitoring of land surfaces and polar ice / C.C. Lin, P.L. Mancini.
Author(s): Lin, C. C.
Mancini, P. L.
Date: 1994.
Publisher: Piscataway, NJ: Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers
In: IGARSS'94 : International Geoscience and Remote Sensing Symposium : Surface and Atmospheric Remote Sensing: Technologies, Data Analysis and Interpretation : California Institute of Technology, Pasadena, California USA, August 8-12, 1994. (1994.), Vol.3.
Abstract: Describes on-going efforts to define modest-resolution synthetic aperture radar sensor in order to satisfy future needs in climate-change studies. Top-down approach has been adopted, in which mission objectives are defined first, followed by derivation of set of measurement requirements.
