Title: The Northern Sea Route and the Barents Region / Willy Østreng.
Author(s): Østreng, Willy.
Date: 1994.
Publisher: Oslo: Fridtjof Nansen Institute ;
In: Barents region - cooperation in Arctic Europe. (1994.), Vol. 13
