Record #129084:

Line-averaged measurement of velocity fine structure in the ocean using acoustical reciprocal transmission / Dimitris Menemenlis.

Title: Line-averaged measurement of velocity fine structure in the ocean using acoustical reciprocal transmission / Dimitris Menemenlis.
Author(s): Menemenlis, Dimitris.
Date: 1994.
In: International Journal of Remote Sensing. (1994.), Vol. 15(2) (1994)
Abstract: Reciprocal acoustical travel-time measurements over paths of several hundred meteres can be used to probe statistical behaviour of turbulent-velocity fine structure in ocean. Practical limitations are established and experimental data from Arctic boundary layer beneath ice are compared with theory.
