| Abstract: | Presents synopsis of previous field work in area supplemented by current results focusing on reinterpretation of plutonic and terrane relationships. Major findings include discovery of thick section of mafic volcanics in North American margin strata, and demonstration that Cache Creek terrane rests as thrust sheet above Stikine terrane. Five varieties of post-tectonic plutonic rocks recognized. |
