| Abstract: | Paper presents overview of results from six sites on Iceland Plateau, Fram Strait and Yermak Plateau. Primary aim was to see how much wet bulk density using gamma ray attenuator porosity evaluator (GRAPE) can be used to interpret textural and compositional changes in sediment. Efforts were made to identify sources of variation in GRAPE bulk density records, and to lesser extent magnetic susceptibility records, compared with sedimentological analyses of discrete samples. |
