Abstract: Publication concerns farm Ø 17a, Narsaq in Norse Eastern Settlement, where excavations were confined to dwelling only. It was long-house from two periods or more. Water-supply and drainage system were found as well as many wood and stone objects with runes in, besides many ornamented objects in bone, tusk and wood. Many can be dated to c. 1000 AD. Sections of book cover topography, farm, excavation, outhouses, objects found, textiles, dyes and wools, zoo-archaeology, radio-carbon datings and question: who settled there?.
