Abstract: Model uses one-dimensional Nutting's law for primary creep, extended to three-dimensional cases. Using this extended law, nonlinear moment-curvature relation for thin plate is deduced and integrated after Mahrenholtz and Wu (1991). Creep tests with ice plates were carried out to verify proposed model.
