| Abstract: | Aims are to present elastic analysis which may be useful for calculating ice stresses in front of structure, and, by comparison with some ice-towing tank tests, to indicate over what region such an elastic solution might hold good in any real-time analysis (i.e., one including ice failure) of ice--structure interaction process. |
