| Abstract: | Tests carried out on orientated first-year columnar-grained sea ice in Resolute Bay, NWT, Canada, in May 1992 during SIMMS-1992 (Sea Ice Monitoring and Modelling Sites) experiments. As well as conventional test, new test (H test) was used to investigate effects of anisotropy and confinement on rate dependence of strength. |
