Abstract: Article explains origin and constituents of Arctic haze and its possible consequences for world climate. It then notes lack of international response and proposes regime alternatives for addressing it. Finally it selects two regimes that have already begun and notes International Arctic Science Committee's creation. Many of worst polluters, as members of EC, have begun to reduce emissions of certain pollutants.
