Record #126773:

Streamflow simulation of Satluj River in the western Himalayas / Pratap Singh, Michael C. Quick.

Title: Streamflow simulation of Satluj River in the western Himalayas / Pratap Singh, Michael C. Quick.
Author(s): Singh, Pratap.
Quick, Michael C.
Date: 1993.
Publisher: Wallingford, Oxfordshire: IAHS Press
In: Snow and glacier hydrology. Proceedings of an International Symposium held at Kathmandu, Nepal, 16-21 November 1992. (1993.),
Abstract: Snowmelt and glacier melt runoff constitute major part of flow during spring and summer in this river in northern India. Flow is modelled using University of British Columbia model, already operational in Canada for long- and short-term forecasting. Discusses problems caused by high variability in precipitation.
Notes:
