Record #126666:

Spectral bidirectional reflectance and energy absorption rates of Antarctic snow / R.W. Carlson, T. Arakelian.

Title: Spectral bidirectional reflectance and energy absorption rates of Antarctic snow / R.W. Carlson, T. Arakelian.
Author(s): Carlson, R. W.
Arakelian, T.
Date: 1993[pub.1994]
In: Antarctic Journal of the United States. (1993[pub.1994]), Vol. 28(5) (1993[pub.1994])
Abstract: Investigation of near-infrared spectral and angular reflectance of snow surfaces is important for energy-deposition studies and for characterizing remote-sensing spectroscopic observations. Studies have been made at South Pole station in 1989-90, Byrd surface camp in 1990-91 and 1992-93, and Vostok in 1991-92; here, results from Vostok and South Pole are evaluated.
