Title: The Antarctic Treaty System and the Law of the Sea: a new dimension introduced by the 1991 Madrid Protocol / Davor Vidas.

Abstract: Reviews development of relationship between Antarctic Treaty System and Law of the Sea since 1959, including discussion of CRAMRA and UN "Question of Antarctica" debates.
