Record #125615:

Analysis of satellite altimeter height measurements above continental ice sheets / P. Femenias, F. Rémy, R. Raisonville, J.F. Minster.

Title: Analysis of satellite altimeter height measurements above continental ice sheets / P. Femenias, F. Rémy, R. Raisonville, J.F. Minster.
Author(s): Femenias, P.
Rémy, F.
Raisonville, R.
Minster, J. F.
Date: 1993.
In: Journal of Glaciology. (1993.), Vol. 39(133) (1993)
Abstract: In order to estimate accuracy of altimetric height measurements over ice sheets, altimeter wave-form simulator has been developed, and various tracking methods tested. On average, induced error on estimation of snow-surface height should only be around 25 cm.
