Record #125615:
Analysis of satellite altimeter height measurements above continental ice sheets / P. Femenias, F. Rémy, R. Raisonville, J.F. Minster.
Title: | Analysis of satellite altimeter height measurements above continental ice sheets / P. Femenias, F. Rémy, R. Raisonville, J.F. Minster. |
Author(s): | Femenias, P. Rémy, F. Raisonville, R. Minster, J. F. |
Date: | 1993. |
In: | Journal of Glaciology. (1993.), Vol. 39(133) (1993) |
Abstract: | In order to estimate accuracy of altimetric height measurements over ice sheets, altimeter wave-form simulator has been developed, and various tracking methods tested. On average, induced error on estimation of snow-surface height should only be around 25 cm. |
Notes: | Journal of Glaciology. Vol. 39(133) :591-600 (1993). |
