Abstract: Study designed to test whether artificial feeding of Ursus arctos, Ursus americanus and Canis lupus can reduce predation on newborn Alces alces and/or Rangifer tarandus. Technique could provide means to enhance moose or caribou populations without resorting to lethal methods to control predation.
