| Abstract: | Eleanore Bay Supergroup is up to 16 km thick, both sediments and meta- sediments, and in four new groups. Nathorst Land Group is 11 km thick , Lyell Land Group 2 km thick, Ymer Ø Group 1 km thick and Andrée Land Group on top, lower two being alternating sandstones and mud stones or metamorphic equivalents. West of these in nunatak region are sandstones and mudstones of Petermann Bjerg Group. Correlation of this is uncertain, but Supergroup is finally compared with other Upper Proterozoic in North Atlantic. |
