Abstract: | Provides details of surveying instruments used by Scott's 1910-13 Terra Nova expedition, and summarises method used for determining geographical position of headquarters at Cape Evans. Describes survey work at Cape Evans and around McMurdo Sound, and surveying activities on southern sledge journey.
