| Abstract: | Aim was to measure dielectric values for road aggregates in different conditions in order to study applicability and accuracy of ground penetrating radar for road surveys. Reports results of measurements made in Finland, including Finnish Lapland. Tests allowed dielectric constant values at temperatures >0°C and <--2°C to be recommended for material tests, but measurements should be avoided in circumstances in which road temperatures are between 0 and -2°C. |
