| Abstract: | Conditions of solar energy inflow (radiation factors) and absorption of this energy by ground were taken into consideration. Influence of synoptical situations and directions of inflow of air masses (circulation factors) upon selected elements of climate resulting from interaction of atmospheric dynamics and from heat exchange processes on active ground surface were determined. |
