| Abstract: | Describes system that automatically weighs, identifies and determines direction of penguins moving between breeding colony and sea. Presents data related to foraging ecology for complete colony (589 nests from which 412 chicks were fledged) for period of hatching to fledging. Data obtained at Bechervaise Island during 1991/92 breeding season. |
