Abstract: Biological investigations around Mars Glacier, Viking Valley, Alexander Island, with three goals: to determine diversity of biota; to set up cloches for long-term monitoring of biota response to environmental change; and to establish automatic microclimate station to monitor potentially influential parameters, including solar and UV-radiation and ground temperature inside cloches.
