| Abstract: | Presents chronostratigraphy based on archaeological and geological upper limiting radiocarbon ages for seven out of eleven beach ridge complexes in northwestern Alaska. These are assessed as palaeoclimatic proxy records. Two disconformities found on most complexes provide time-parallel storm horizons. |
