Abstract: Review considering recently published interpretations of regional stratigraphy and palaeogeography of potential hydrocarbon reservoir and source rock species, new regional data on source rock richness and maturity, interpretations of reprocessed seismic lines within basin, and likely structural models. Previous assessments of hydrocarbon prospectivity have differed significantly.
