Fuglar og skógraekt / Adalsteinn Örn Snaethórsson, Jón Geir Pétursson.

Title: Fuglar og skógraekt / Adalsteinn Örn Snaethórsson, Jón Geir Pétursson.
Translated title: Birds and forestry.
Author(s): Snaethórsson, Adalsteinn Örn.
Pétursson, Jón Geir.
Date: 1992.
Language: Icelandic.
In: Skógraektarritid. (1992.), (1992)
Abstract: Many foreign woodland birds appear occasionally in Iceland. Given enough forest, some should survive, and in new forests some should settle. Article considers some probable species: woodcock, blackbird, fieldfare, brambling, chaffinch and crossbill. Other possibilities are tentatively listed. If some of these become established, they may effect present Icelandic woodland birds, but the population should become more diverse.
