| Abstract: | Recent finds of frozen basal tills with fossil glacial ice, thick loess sheets with ice wedges in Arctic, and corresponding subaerial sediments with palaeosols in periglacial zone provide foundation for new model of last glaciation. Obtained data confirm shift of Weichselian ice dispersal centres from Siberian Arctic to northern Europe. |
