Record #119615:

Effects of temperature and snowfall on winter low flows in New England / S. Hartley.

Title: Effects of temperature and snowfall on winter low flows in New England / S. Hartley.
Author(s): Hartley, S.
Date: 1992.
In: Eastern Snow Conference. Proceedings. (1992.), Vol. 49th Annual Meeting (1992)
Abstract: Influence of winter climatic variability on magnitudes of winter low-flow events was examined by statistical analysis of hydrologic and climatic data for 13 river basins. Magnitudes of winter low-flow events respond primarily to variations in winter precipitation; however, response is modified by temperature and snowfall influences which depend on local winter temperature regime.
