Record #119415:

Combined creep and yield model of ice under multiaxial stress / Anatoly M. Fish.

Title: Combined creep and yield model of ice under multiaxial stress / Anatoly M. Fish.
Author(s): Fish, Anatoly M.
Date: 1992.
Publisher: Golden, CO: International Society of Offshore and Polar Engineers (ISOPE)
In: Proceedings of the Second (1992) International Offshore and Polar Engineering Conference. Vol. 2. (1992.),
Abstract: Describes model, which consists of four principal elements: constitutive equation, viscous flow equation and yield criterion, all united by time to failure function. Any of these elements can be replaced if it is found that other functions better represent mechanical behaviour of ice during creep.
Notes:

In: The proceedings of the Second (1992) International Offshore and Polar Engineering Conference. Vol. 2 / Michael S. Triantafyllou, Jin S. Chung, Karel Karal, Alfred L. Tunik, eds.

Keywords: 551.32 -- Glaciology.
551.322 -- Ice and snow.
53 -- Physics.
539.37 -- Ice, plastic and viscous deformation.
E4 -- Glaciology: physics and chemistry of ice.
