Publisher: Montreal: Transport Canada, Transportation Development Centre
Abstract: Continuation of phase 1 which was completed in 1989 and in which preliminary design of icebreaking tanker was developed. Results showed that non-level ice performance and manoeuvring in level ice should be examined, and that work is reported here.
