Record #118634:

Patterns of CO₂ gas-exchange and thallus water content in Arctic lichens along a ridge profile near Ny Ålesund, Svalbard / Barbara Schipperges.

Title: Patterns of CO₂ gas-exchange and thallus water content in Arctic lichens along a ridge profile near Ny Ålesund, Svalbard / Barbara Schipperges.
Author(s): Schipperges, Barbara.
Date: 1992.
In: Polar Research. (1992.), Vol. 11(2) (1992)
Abstract: Investigates relationship between snow cover and productivity of lichens. Two abundant and partly dominating lichen species, Cetraria nivalis and Cetraria delisei compared with respect to thallus water content and gas-exchange response to light, temperature and moisture in field and laboratory.
