Abstract: Examines annual frequency of use for subsistence purposes of 32 species of mammals, fish, birds and plants in 36 households. Uses Likert-type scale to study degree of preference for each of 34 traditional and 12 store-bought foods among 36 adults and 35 children, aged 10-16.
