Meiofauna communities along a depth transect off Halley Bay (Weddell Sea--Antarctica) / R.L. Herman, Hans-Uwe Dahms.
Title: | Meiofauna communities along a depth transect off Halley Bay (Weddell Sea--Antarctica) / R.L. Herman, Hans-Uwe Dahms. |
Author(s): | Herman, R. L. Dahms, Hans-Uwe. |
Date: | 1992. |
In: | Polar Biology. (1992.), Vol. 12(2) (1992) |
Abstract: | Analysis of characteristics of meiofaunal taxa belonging to higher taxonomic categorial rank. Study aimed to: 1) identify typical assemblages according to certain environmental parameters on basis of quantitative data, and 2) distinguish between different communities within environments with nearly identical abiotic properties. Communities sampled along a depth transect from approximately 500 to 2000 m. |
Notes: | Polar Biology. Vol. 12(2) :313-320 (1992). |
