| Abstract: | Project was set up in 1989 mainly to determine effects of Kola Peninsula pollutant emissions on Lapland's forests. Gradient study approach was selected using lines across Lapland from Nickel and Monchegorsk. 60 researchers from five institutes and five universities work together with help from scientists from Kola Science Centre. (Evaluation of project and suggestions for its improvement are bound into this volume) |
