Abstract: | Describes four species of Pterobranchi collected mainly from Ross Sea and McMurdo Sound during Scott's 1910-13 Terra Nova expedition. Discusses sub-genera and zooids, and gives historical account of Cephalodiscus (Pterobranchia) from southern waters, with synopsis of known species and list of all recorded specimens. Includes Cephalodiscus evansi sp.nov. collected from New Zealand waters. |
