The construction of east air shaft of Panji no. 3 colliery by freezing method 415 m in depth / Rongqing Pang.

Title: The construction of east air shaft of Panji no. 3 colliery by freezing method 415 m in depth / Rongqing Pang.
Author(s): Pang, Rongqing.
Date: 1991.
Publisher: Rotterdam: A.A. Balkema
In: Ground Freezing 91. Proceedings of the Sixth International Symposium on Ground Freezing, Beijing, 10-12 September 1991. Vol. 1. (1991.),
Abstract: Artificial ground freezing is widely used in China for constructing shafts. Describes, in some detail, design and construction of east air shaft at coal mine where there are three air shafts, main shaft, and auxiliary shaft. Artificial freezing was used for all except one air shaft. East air shaft was completed in March 1983, and has presented no problems since then.
