Record #113000:

Discharge regimes of a glacierized basin, Slims River, Yukon / Peter G. Johnson.

Title: Discharge regimes of a glacierized basin, Slims River, Yukon / Peter G. Johnson.
Author(s): Johnson, Peter G.
Date: 1991.
Publisher: Saskatoon: National Hydrology Research Institute
In: Northern hydrology : selected perspectives. Proceedings of the Northern Hydrology Symposium 10-12 July 1990, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. (1991.),
Abstract: Study of discharge and suspended sediments of river for 1983 and 1988 contrast regime dominated by glacier melt with that dominated by storm runoff. Concentrations of suspended sediments are high and variable early in season as glacier-drainage system is being established, and are lower and diurnal later in season when drainage system is established.
