Record #112974:

Temperature changes and thaw of permafrost adjacent to Richards Island, Mackenzie delta, N.W.T. / Larry D. Dyke.

Title: Temperature changes and thaw of permafrost adjacent to Richards Island, Mackenzie delta, N.W.T. / Larry D. Dyke.
Author(s): Dyke, Larry D.
Date: 1991.
In: Canadian Journal of Earth Sciences. (1991.), Vol. 28(11) (1991)
Abstract: Study to determine whether one-dimensional mathematical modelling can predict observed thaw profile in nearshore zone of retreating coast, and then to use this model to document nature and rates of processes that may have been associated with degradation of permsfrost further offshore in Beaufort Sea.
