| Abstract: | Aims of investigation were: to record new information on stratigraphic relationship of Floral and Battleford formations; to quantify relative "hardness" of tills of these formations in terms of their in situ state measured as preconsolidation pressures in oedometer; and to explain origin of measured preconsolidation pressures. |
