Record #112779:

An ice-ocean coupled model for the northern hemisphere / Abe Cheng, Ruth H. Preller.

Title: An ice-ocean coupled model for the northern hemisphere / Abe Cheng, Ruth H. Preller.
Author(s): Cheng, Abe.
Preller, Ruth H.
Date: 1991.
In: Eos : transactions, American Geophysical Union. (1991.), Vol. 72(51, supplement) (1991)
Abstract: Abstract presented at AGU 1992 Ocean Sciences Meeting, 27-31 January, New Orleans, LA. Describes modification of Polar Ice Prediction System (PIPS) version of Hibler ice model and its extension to include most of sea-ice covered areas of northern hemisphere. Monthly atmospheric forcing in 1986 has been used to drive spherical coordinate version of model successfully. Results are outlined.
