Abstract: Model developed using K distribution for sea clutter component. Shows how predictions can be made, using effects of non-coherent integration (pulse-to-pulse and scan-to-scan) and frequency agility. Results presented which illustrate wide variation in performance, depending on signal processing used and clutter conditions. Future upgrades to model will permit analysis of coherent processing techniques.
