Abstract: Examines succession of mafic flows intercalated with sandstone and overlain by conglomerate lying unconformably on Archean basement. Sequence is preserved in syncline near Spi Lake, Northwest Territories. Results claimed to have important implications for understanding tectonic evolution of Hearne Province.
